The Commissioner for Older People, Helena Herklots OBE, visited Swansea on Tuesday 23rd April and joined the Aging Well, Living Well over 50’s group for a walk around the Marina district, talking within members and discussing their way of life, enjoyment in meeting other like minded people and making new friends whilst exercising.
