Some of us are so anxious we don’t even like going out of the front door, visiting shops, travelling to work and spending our days in an office or other work environment. I can clearly remember breaking out in a cold sweat travelling on the London underground or on a bus. Talking to a group of people was a nightmare that I dreaded but I overcame by taking some easy steps, fighting my fear and taking some positive action. This FREE 90 minute course will cover the reasons we are often anxious and have a lack of confidence and goes on to discover practical ways to overcome the obstacles.
